Although she is more dramatic these days she is still the best sleeper ever! For example, the other day Danny stopped home for lunch and we were heading downstairs to eat. I asked Sydney if she was hungry, she said no, grabbed her blanket and said, "Ashew, ashew" (imagine her making a sleeping sound with her eyes closed). Danny asked if she was tired, she said yes, he laid her in her bed and she took a 2 hour nap! This is pretty common for her. At bedtime she points to the bed, lays down and falls asleep. It is pretty great and makes me a little apprehensive about the newborn nights I have ahead of me again. Yikes!

She may be a drama queen, but she sleeps good!!
So our Sydney is on the cusp of her 2 year old birthday and she is blossoming into a little drama queen. The other night at dinner she was reprimanded for something so she put her head on her arm on the table to "fake cry." Mid-cry she lifts her head up takes a bite of dinner (eyes still closed, mind you) puts her head back and proceeds to "cry" some more. Danny and I had to turn our heads away and laugh so she would not see us. Too funny! Apparently she is like her mother and nothing gets in the way of eating, not even a little crying!

Love the fake crying story. Very advanced for a 2 year old--especially when she doesn't have older siblings to learn that from.
Oh, you'll be glad she is such a good sleeper when that next one arrives. That way, everybody can have an afternoon nap together!!
Drama comes with girls, right? Sara fake cries too. Sometimes even real tears. It's hard not to laugh!
What a funny little girl! I love those moments when my little boy does something naughty, but funny, and we have to hide our laughs! ;)
My little guy is a good sleeper too. He just points to his bed and requires no rocking or snuggling, he just wants to SLEEP!
